Hi Lisa , wow! Just watched your session with accupuncture, thank you for your complete honesty and for sharing your experience . I am also menopausal and could have done with this! I can also highly recommend Avogel menopause support and their Sage tablets . They are so so good. I am going to try something like this I think .Life has been really emotional for me too and I have developed major food intolerances in the last year so I’m hopeful I can get some relief !!🤞
    Thanks again x

Tracey, thank you so so much for your message. I’m sorry you’ve been going through a tough time. It’s so hard isn’t it. Sometimes I don’t recognise myself, I’m like a crazy person. I will look into what you’ve recommended. All the best.
      LS xx

I’ve seen recommendations on Instagram for Sarah and her treatments, so it’s great to see the video of how it happens and how it heals you. I will give it a whirl as like many of us, I suffer anxiety with depression which in turn upsets my digestive system. I also now feel inspired to go back to being a therapist (did it for 18 years) because it will benefit my health in so many ways in being able to do this for myself and others. Thanks Lisa ✌🏻 Xx

Love this I have everything you have described going on! The night sweats are awful and I sometimes feel like my head is burning – think it’s hormones! Definitely booking myself into my local acupuncturist – thank you Lisa you are fab at highlighting what us ladies need to do more of… look after ourselves x 🙏💖
