So excited to share this with you all!

Paolo is a magical man who has helped me over the years to look and feel my best.

I wanted him to give us all a quick massage masterclass that we can all do wherever we are.

This can be done in under 5 minutes to help ease the stress and tension from our faces and help us look and feel rejuvenated.

Paolo’s Rose Quartz crystal tools and his legendary Moon Mist are available to buy below…

As always would love to hear from you!

Hi Navrita, I adore the jade roller. Literally love ironing out my face and yes to keeping it in the freezer, has an ebb more tightening effect.
The rose quartz tools and even the roller can be used as often as you like. Thanks for getting in touch! LSxx

Hi Lisa, this massage looks gorgeous, I’m very tempted! However, my skin is quite sensitive to different products so I would be anxious to start using oils. Could I use a rose quartz tool after my serum and cream rather than use an oil? Thanks so much. Nadia xx

Hi Nadia. I understand anxiety to use oils if you haven’t ever before. I’ve written a blog on different oils to use for different skin types, so maybe have a little read!
In the meantime, yes you can use your serum or any cream you love, just so you can glide the tools easily around your face. Oils make it easy for that movement, I also use my serums and creams you just will need to reapply as they are more quickly absorbed into the skin. Hope this helps.
      All the best.

Thank you so much, Lisa, yes that’s really helpful. I’ll have a read of your oils blog and perhaps decide to give something a try…! xx
