I am all about that glow ( hence the name of my blog! 😉 ) and was excited to try LED at the Light Salon in London.

Turns out LED light therapy can help with so many skin conditions.

As well as helping to improve the circulation, strengthen the skin, repair skin cells, it helps with fine lines, acne, rosacea and also boosts serotonin levels which lift our moods and helps with sleep disorders.

Prices start at just £35 for more information and to book contact https://www.thelight-salon.com

I also invested in this brilliant portable LED light therapy mask which can be used in between treatments and only for 10 minutes 3/4 times a week, so its super quick!

I have been using at home and can’t wait to wear on the plane! A brilliant skin investment…

    Hope you well,

Thank you for sharing your experience with the LED light therapy,
Can this be used on my skin, I have dry to normal and I am 34 years old
Also is it dangerous as I shave my chin and upper lip twice a week?

    please advice

      Hey Navrita.

      Thank you for your message.
LED light is very soothing and calming and is great for all skin types.
The blue light is better for acne prone skin which you don’t have so I would suggest you go for the red light. As you have the same skin type as I have, the light helps to promote collagen production and I find it helps to give my complexion a lovely glow. The light will also sooth any redness due to shaving and it is definitely not dangerous.
      Hope this helps.
      LS xx
