Thank you for sharing Lisa! I use the jade roller well try to daily I can be lazy at times! I keep it in the freezer and use it at night. Can we use the rose one daily ?

Hi Lisa, this massage looks gorgeous, I’m very tempted! However, my skin is quite sensitive to different products so I would be anxious to start using oils. Could I use a rose quartz tool after my serum and cream rather than use an oil? Thanks so much. Nadia xx
Hi Nadia. I understand anxiety to use oils if you haven’t ever before. I’ve written a blog on different oils to use for different skin types, so maybe have a little read!
In the meantime, yes you can use your serum or any cream you love, just so you can glide the tools easily around your face. Oils make it easy for that movement, I also use my serums and creams you just will need to reapply as they are more quickly absorbed into the skin. Hope this helps.
